TIB Bank donated $500 to the Good Health Clinic in support of its efforts to provide free medical and wellness care for uninsured and indigent residents in the Upper Keys recently. The Good Health Clinic, located in Tavernier, opened its doors in 2004, with the help and support of the local business community, Monroe County, and a Primary Care grant funded by Baptist Health South Florida, Inc. The Clinic is the first non-profit Medical Clinic in the upper Florida Keys to provide such health care for the less fortunate in the community. The Good health Clinic is a 501 (c) 3 corporation that depends upon the generosity of private individuals, corporate and Foundation donors, as well as Charitable grants, in order to fund their operations.
