TIB Bank recently hosted a Cinco de Mayo themed Business After Hours event at its Islamorada Branch location for the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce's monthly Business After Hours. Unique to this social was the fact that marine artist Pasta Pantaleo from the Keys to Life Gallery, was on hand doing a sailfish painting, which will be given away at the chamber's May 27th luncheon to be held at Holiday Isle. Pasta has donated his time and the painting to help raise money for repair of the chamber's red caboose. The historical caboose has termites and requires major repair work and tenting to bring it back to life. To help the chamber with this worthwhile project, folks can purchase an arm's length of tickets for $10 at the Islamorada Chamber office at 83224 Overseas Highway. Call 664-4289.
