Runners cross the start line of the 28th Annual Seven Mile Bridge Run on Saturday, April 25, during the 28th Annual Seven Mile Bridge Run. The event was initiated in 1982 to mark the completion of construction on the then new span, that replaced the historic Seven Mile Bridge, right, originally built in the early 1900s as a part of Henry Flagler's Overseas Railroad.
