Florida Keys Electric Cooperative greeted its first member inside its new storm-hardened Tavernier Operations Center at 8 a.m. Monday, March 16. James Sukow, Tavernier, came in to pay his bill and was welcomed by CEO Scott Newberry, who surprised him with a $100 electric bill credit.
