A birthday celebration became an opportunity to give to others, as Bob Galaher and Mike Vincent (left) celebrated Mike's birthday upstairs at Antonia's Restaurant. Bob and Mike decided to ask their invited friends not to bring a gift, but instead to make a donation to the Monroe Association for ReMARCable Citizens.
