Bougainvillea Ball Committee: Sunne Rego, Mary Joan Brito, Jo Ganus, co-chair; Betty Anne Schilling, co-chair; Claudia Stober and Carol Luse. The Mariners Hospital Bougainvillea Ball, held Saturday, Jan. 31 at Founders Park, raised more than $80,000 for the hospital. Proceeds from the evening will help defray the cost of expanding the hospital’s medical laboratory to accommodate newer instruments.
