Sauce & Marinade:

  • 8 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 whole red onion

  • 24 oz salad oil extra virgin olive oil mix

  • 4 oz red wine vinegar

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

    Mix ingredients and marinate steak for 4 to 6 hours. Take a 12 ounce piece of steak and score it every two inches (so when it cooks, it does not curl up) and grill 8 minutes for medium rare 10-12 minutes for medium and 14-16 minutes for medium well.
