The Pigeon Key Art Festival is putting out the call for artists to apply by Nov. 13 for the 16th annual show. Categories for submission include watercolor, acrylic, oil, graphics, drawings, pastels, photography, sculpture, glass, pottery, jewelry and fine craft.
The tropical-themed show, which will be held Feb. 6-7 at the Marathon Community Park, has been ranked among the top 200 arts shows in the nation by Sunshine Artist Publications.
Entry fee for booths is $185 plus a $15 jury fee.

All proceeds from the show go to the Pigeon Key Foundation, a nonprofit engaged in restoration and preservation of the historic railroad island off the old Seven Mile Bridge west of Marathon.
