The Keys Community Concert Band is recruiting members for the 2009-2010 "Pops in the Park" season. All ages are welcome.</p><p>Auditions are not required, according to Susan Bazin, who teaches music at Key Largo School. </p><p>She says the band welcomes anyone who hasn't played music for a while but knows how to read music. And recruits need not even bring their own instrument, since the band provides loaners.</p><p>Rehearsals are 7-8:30 p.m. Monday evenings starting Nov. 2. The band members meet and rehearse in Key Largo School's new band room, MM 104.8, Oceanside.</p><p>Free concerts are performed the last Saturday of each month through April at Islamorada Founders Park.</p><p>Bazin said this year's musical selections will include marches, Broadway and movie favorites, plus special performing artists who bring some more adventurous repertoires. </p><p>For more information, e-mail: Bazin@monroe.k-12.fl.us or call Key Largo School 305.453.1255 ext. 57380.
