Pirates, witch doctors and a man in an outhouse were some of the elaborate getups donned at the Holiday Isle Halloween costume contest Friday night in Islamorada.</p><p>DJ Dave from Sun 103.1 FM hosted the contest that featured a top prize of $1,000.
