Monroe County Judge Reagan Ptomey swears in Heather Carruthers, Danny Kolhage and Sylvia Murphy to the County Commission on Tuesday. Carruthers and Murphy were re-elected to four-year terms this year with no opposition, while Kolhage, who had been county clerk for three decades, took his seat on the dais for the first time.
