Florida International University engineering students unveiled design concepts for Pigeon Key and the old Seven Mile Bridge Thursday and Friday at the Marathon Government Center. The students received $5,000 from Monroe County and $7,500 from the nonprofit group Friends of Old Seven to fund the project. The 'Imagine Old 7' project turned out nine creative, if not feasible, renderings.
