Historic Tours of America’s Ed Swift waltzes with a partner at the Flagler Ball, a highlight of celebrations honoring the 100th anniversary of the completion of Henry Flagler's Florida Keys Over-Sea Railroad, held Jan. 21 at the Casa Marina.
